MISSION:
We’re here to turn young athletes into "Ballers." We don’t just teach the girls how to play the game; we teach them how to think about the game, love the grind, and act like leaders before they even hit middle school.
PURPOSE:
We believe there’s a big difference between a girl who just plays softball and a Wolverine. Our job is to take individual talent and turn it into team success. By teaching Unity, Neutrality, and Accountability early, we make sure our girls are ready for the big stages as they grow up..

Master the Basics: We focus on the "must-haves"—solid throwing, smart base running, and fundamental fielding that works every time.(Play as One: We want a team that moves together. No "stars," just teammates who know exactly how to help each other out on the field.*The "Next Pitch" Mentality: In 10U, mistakes happen. We train our girls to "flush it" immediately and focus on the next play, keeping their heads in the game.*Great Kids, Great Players: We want girls who are leaders at school and at home. Character counts more than the score.

At the 10U level, we aren’t just teaching girls how to swing a bat; we are teaching them how to be Wolverines
We believe that fancy plays don't win 10U games—fundamentals do. Our practices are focused on high-repetition drills that build "muscle memory." We teach the right way to throw, the right way to slide, and the right way to think. We focus on the "why" behind every play so our girls develop a high softball IQ early.
.

10U is an age of mistakes, and that’s okay. Our coaching staff focuses on how a player responds to an error. We don’t dwell on the strikeout; we celebrate the "Next Pitch" mindset. We are building resilient athletes who don't get down on themselves, but instead, get ready for the next play.

We teach the girls that the name on the front of the jersey is more important than the name on the back. Even at 10 years old, we enforce the Wolverine Gold Standard:
Unity: We are one team with one goal.
Neutrality: We leave the playground drama at the gate.Accountability: We take ownership of our effort and our attitude..

As a coach for the West Coast Wolverines, I’m proud to have grown up in the program, playing from age 14 to 18. Going through the organization myself and making it to one of the highest levels it showed me the dedication, character, and confidence needed and build it in the organizations athletes.
Now, my goal is to give that same experience to the next generation helping players develop their skills while creating a lasting love for the game.player on the field."

"At the heart of our program is a simple promise: Better than yesterday. We don’t just develop athletes; we forge competitors. Our mission is to push your daughter to outwork her past self and outpace her competition. We coach with high-level intensity, we cheer with unwavering belief, and we demand excellence in the dirt.
By the time she steps onto a high school or college campus, she won't just be another recruit on a roster—she will be the most prepared, most disciplined leader on the field. We don't just get them to the next level; we ensure they own it."player on the field."
